South Park

December 24th, 2007 · No Comments

The South Park district is located near the south end of Charlotte, centered at the intersection of Fairview and Sharon Roads. It has developed its own identity as a complete neighborhood for quality living, work and entertainment. Some of the characteristics making South Park so desirable for home buyers include: a moderately high density of office space, quaint and quiet neighborhoods, an exciting selection of high-end housing and excellent shopping opportunities.

Anchored by South Park Mall, the South Park district is considered one of the premier retail centers in the entire South. The Mall is complemented by several, smaller shopping areas: Phillips Place with its upscale shops and movie theater, Sharon Corners with great restaurants, a bookstore, clothing stores and coffee

shop, Morrocroft Village with a restaurant, bookstore, bank, clothiers and grocer and the Specialty Shops of the Park with its hotel and boutiques.

South Park also hosts the Charlotte Symphony
