But It Passed County Inspection

March 15th, 2011 · No Comments

That house doesn’t need to be inspected.  It passed county inspection and it’s new.  I wish I had a dollar for each time I have heard that.  Well this is a picture of a brand new home 2011 that “passed county inspection yet it has many many mud tubes in the crawl space.  Do you know what the mud tubes are?  Why they are termites.  I know you have been told new houses don’t have termites.  Well you were also told new homes don’t need inspection.  Years and years ago people were told smoking cigarettes was good for them.  All of these have one thing in common.  They are all wrong.  Get your house inspected even if it’s new.
